The new summer menu includes novel dishes based on fresh fish and seafood, pastas and a variety of meats. To begin, there are starters such as sushi cake, razor clams in chardonnay or Creole chowder.

Continuing with the main courses, there are options such as salmon served on casseroled corn, veal fillet steak on a bed of mushrooms or risotto with touches of beetroot.  The designer desserts are irresistible, some of the most outstanding among them being a smooth mousse of maize with crunchy orange, tomato preserve with basil sherbet, gazpacho of seasonal fruit or lychee ice-cream made with Sauvignon Blanc.

And for those who find it hard to decide, we have an unbeatable dessert-matching menu.  This can be sampled accompanied by our best wines, which you will only find at House of Morandé.
